The Dread Creature

Something you seriously don't want to meet in battle. Unless of course you're playing the actual LotR table-top strategy battle game that it was made for, in which case they're really annoyingly easy to kill (annoying for the evil player!). Having said that, it's been that long since I last played that they've probably changed the rules.

I assembled and painted it, although this picture doesn't really show much of the detail on the base. It took about a month of evening work to do. I did it quite a few years ago now, and since then, not having a large enough modelling cabinet to live in, it had gotten very dusty and bits had broken off, so the other day I spent an hour or two restoring it, and decided to DA it.

The model itself is a citadel miniature.
